Besides, numerous kinds of research have proved the fact that high consumption of sugar-sweetened products can promote weight gain, type 2 diabetes, and cancer enhancement. But how can we keep the sweet taste of the product along with its healthiness? Dates and date products are the proper substitutions for sugar. Let’s see how dates can substitute for sugar.

  • Sugar’s disadvantageous

Today, sugar is the first option to create the sweet taste of products. Sugar may lead to different diseases such as blood pressure, weight incensement, diabetes, cancer, etc. In this regard, the Public Health England association advises putting less than 5% of the calories from sugar.  Besides, The American Heart Association limits the daily added sugar consumption to 100 calories for women and 150 calories for men per day.
